Ignitia offers an interactive interface that has the following features: a messaging platform for the parent-teacher and the student; real-time reporting of student progress; fun-filled, lesson-relevant online games; 3D animation; video clips; other exciting multimedia. Parent-Teachers under the TLC Programs are required to attend the TLC 101 training. This is your first step in equipping yourselves as Parent-Teachers and is a valuable part of our services. More in-depth discussion on matters pertaining to the TLC Program shall be tackled during the orientation. Futher trainings are also available under HG’s Equip servies.

Your child’ online curriculum platform grades 80% of all academic course requirements (i.e. Assignments, Quizzes, and Unit Tests). However, there are tasks that require manual grading or task unblocking from the parent teacher. Parents will be equipped and trained for Ignitia Navigation (manual grading, task unblocking, reassigning of tasks) during their orientation.

The online curriculum platform used for TLC Online requires the use of technology to promote and support student learning. All school participants, including parents or legal guardians, students, and team members, will use Ignitia as well as the Internet to communicate and share information. High speed internet connection is required to access Ignitia. When it comes to browser requirements, Ignitia runs on various browsers with ease. Please make sure your browser has the latest updates before logging in to the portal (Google Chrome version 64 or higher, Firefox version 57 or higher; Microsoft Internet Explorer version; for users of Internet Explorer on Windows 8, Ignitia must be operated on the Desktop version of Internet Explorer; Safari version 9 or higher). When accessing Ignitia on mobile, please use your browser’s desktop mode.
