PARENTS SHARE HOW HOMESCHOOLING WITH HG HELPS THEM PURSUE WHAT MATTERS
Irvin Cg2024-04-16Homeschool Global helps us to worry free about the education of our son. As parents working it was easier for us to manage the time for our son’s study schedule. Since most of the time we travel homeschooling gives us the freedom to maximize our son’s learning.Tian En Cai2024-04-03We started out hesitant about our own skills with homeschooling, whether or not we would be able to integrate our child back to university schooling after going through homeschool. We want to thank HG and VCIS for equipping, giving us the necessary tools, offering us multiple seminars and trainings as homeschoolers, and offering our child a wide array of growth opportunities in organizations like HU to name one. We wouldn't be able to do homeschooling without your help and support. Thank you so much to your fine institution. (homeschool from Gr4 - Gr10) To our immense joy, our child was offered full scholarship in DLSU SHS and College. God Bless your institution and may He continue to expand your borders!JC2024-03-131st year: Our Positive Homeschooling Journey (Homeschool Global: Touch-Curated Program) This is our 1st time to homeschooling. We decided to homeschool because my son experienced bullying in school as he is not pure Egyptian (he is half Filipino). The teachers were also hitting as a means of their discipline which is a no-no to me or for any parent. This marked so badly on his overall personality that he already developed a trauma on studying. I knew if I'll be his teacher at home, it would be a complete turn-around. Though the change in him did not magically happened, he was a work in progress. We ended up the 1st year of homeschooling positively. He appreciate the freedom of being able to do his daily lessons any time he is free within the day (he must finish within the day) and is not hindrance even during travel. During the first month, he often stops in between our lessons, remembers and narrates his bad experiences. But gradually, he came to terms that he is already with his mother as his teacher and no more bullying or hitting. He was able to forget his bad experience from his former school. He is also able to indulge in his favorite sports like Soccer, Biking with his numerous cousins in our neighborhood. I am also a working mother (VA) working night shift and the time flexibility of homeschooling fits my schedule perfectly. We control our time. As 1st timers in Homeschooling at HG, everything was 1st for me. My first time doing Quarterly Curriculum Mapping, Portfolio making and as a full time parent-educator to my son. It is really so challenging for me when I started but 2 amazing Advisors (Teacher Vye & Teacher Imee) were given for me who guided me all along until I got the hang of it already. Doing all these are not hard and learning and accomplishing all these for the sake of the welfare of your child gives us fulfillment, satisfaction, happiness, peace of mind and a sense of achievement. Not to mention. homeschooling made my son and I's bonding deeper. If you're considering homeschooling, I highly recommend you parents to try it! Homeschooling has been a wonderful decision for our family. It's allowed us to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for our child. We wouldn't trade this experience for anything!Katrina Valle2024-03-13We're very blessed to be able to homeschool with Homeschool Global. Looking forward to our third year with them. Their admissions officers are always ready to assist. Homeschooling is not scary or as intimidating as it seems to be, because HG provides a lot of support. You will always have someone to walk with you in your homeschooling journey. Thank you so much, Teachers, for your unending support & encouragement. It always amazes me how every community day out or learn group activities always feels like a family reunion - filled with warm hugs & much love. Thank you, Homeschool Global! 💕Anna Camille Tan2024-03-13We are grateful to have learned about Homeschool Global Philippines. They offer various programs which meet the differing needs of today's families. As for us, we like the Tech BJU program as the lessons, quizzes and exams are very structured and the site is very easy to navigate. Lessons also provide students a biblical worldview, integrating faith and learning, and serves as their constant reminder that God is at the center of everything. Moreover, homeschooling, because of its flexibility, enabled our daughters to pursue their other interests in sports and arts. Indeed, learning is not confined in the lessons on the textbooks.Jill Dizon2024-03-13It's a privilege to be able to homeschool my daughter, and our family is satisfied with HG's support and program offerings. There are countless opportunities for community building, socialization and holistic development outside of regular homeschool days.Load moreGoogle rating score: 4.5 of 5, based on 129 reviews
