Responsibilities:

  • Provide online teaching & flexible learning platforms for basic education
  • Create lessons, instructional delivery, and assessment through online platforms
  • Give student evaluation and monitor progress
  • Facilitate and manage classes and effectively engage learners in basic education using a variety of teaching methodologies appropriate for online learning
  • Proactively and confidently communicate with parents and learners in both oral and written forms
  • Submit grades and other deliverables in a timely manner

Qualifications:

  • BS Education graduate or a degree holder in Math, Science, English, Filipino, Social Studies, or other fields of subject specialization
  • Preferably a Licensed Professional Teacher or is working towards passing the LET
  • Committed to educational excellence

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, update and compile student records
  • Prepare, accept and release student’s forms/certifications
  • Ensure that students have complete enrollment documents
  • Furnish requested documents and address parents’ concerns regarding academic records
  • Communicate with internal and external customers effectively about requests, updates, and other concerns
  • Accomplish DepEd requirements including updating the LIS (online system), furnishing records, documents, etc.
  • Accomplish accreditation-related documents and records
  • Other tasks as needs arise

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years experience in admin/ similar roles
  • Enthusiastic and detail-oriented
  • Willing to report to the office in Pasig
  • Education-related or Business Processing experience, an advantage
  • God-fearing and good customer service skills

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee organization and student records from their creation and preservation through disposal
  • Lead the team and provide needed training to staff who access, maintain and update records
  • Develop, maintain, verify, and evaluate existing systems, to ensure financial, legal, and administrative requirements and regulations are complied with

Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented
  • Proven work experience as an Academic leader, Operations Manager or similar role
  • God-fearing and enthusiastic

  • Ensuring high-performance and availability of online services
  • Managing all technical aspects of the CMS
  • Build secure and intuitive interfaces for faculty and parents
  • Automate manual tasks through self-service platforms
  • Develop proprietary plugins and utilize existing systems

Required Experience:

  • Experience with Version Control systems (Git)
  • Experience in the education sector

Essential skills:

  • Good understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Strong understanding of PHP back-end development
  • Advanced experience using WordPress
  • Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
  • Excellent communication and team leadership abilities

Desirable skills:

  • Understanding of fundamental of DNS configurations (CDNs and SSL)
  • Proficient in Agile project management terms and methodology
