Your Step-by-Step Guide to Securing Your Child's Slot
STEP 1. Pay and click the corresponding button from the selection in the portal (link below) to fill out the registration form for your preferred ceremony.
As we will be doing hybrid ceremonies this year, onsite and virtual options are available. Kindly read through and answer the questionnaire properly to ensure accurate details will be recorded.
Each learner must be registered separately. Academic requirements and financial obligations must be fully settled for a learner to become an official candidate for graduation.

STEP 3: Submit a maximum of 120-word write (5-6 sentences) in the link below for your child’s ceremony slide.
Writeup should expound on the character awards you chose for your learner, and has to answer this question:
How has your learner uniquely grown over the course of their homeschooling journey?
Before uploading, kindly rename your file to this format: LAST NAME, FIRST NAME, MIDDLE NAME – GRADE LEVEL.
STEP 4: Attend the scheduled Pre-Grad Day activities: Photoshoot & Toga fitting for onsite participants.
STEP 5. Wait for the Final Program Schedule and Event guidelines email.
Please keep in mind that all deadlines detailed in the portal are final. Non-compliance will result to non-inclusion in the ceremony you registered for. You will have to register again for your next preferred date should you fail to meet the deadlines.
