Your Personal Support Advisor is just an email away and will support you digitally every step of the way in your homeschooling journey as well as in setting up initially. Your Personal Support Advisor will: help you set up your Ignitia accounts (student and parent-teacher); provide you with support ensuring that parents and students are on track with accurate records; offer academic guidance in accordance with their individual educational expertise; assist you with any Learn program services and concerns; keep in touch with you monthly for updates; and will be available to answer your queries during Live Online Q&A.
